We inform you that the general conditions of sale are in compliance with current consumer protection regulations, the conditions and methods by which to proceed with the online purchase on the website www.interstellardudes.it

Two payment method CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL

PAYMENT: PAYPAL

Choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. ID reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

PAYMENT: CREDIT CARD

Choosing the CREDIT CARD payment method, the customer can pay directly through on the website. ID reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change or store credit within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

N.B. no amount is refunded. The goods on sale can be returned, but the amount paid will not be refunded but will be returned via a voucher that can be used on the online shop.

The goods must be returned with the tag and all labels.

It is necessary to send an email to 000@INTERSTELLARDUDES.IT and indicate the item code, the invoice number and the type of compensation desired (size change or store credit). Once the email has been sent, ID will reply within 48 hours and send a confirmation by email, containing the Return Authorization Number and the instructions to respect goods's return.

The courier for returning goods will be indicated in the email sent by ID. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the bill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the Returns department. (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package). The return shipment made with the courier indicated by ID will be free for Italy. If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be pay by the customer.

There are 2 types of compensation:

SIZE CHANGE

It's possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.

CREDITS

As soon as the return is received and processed, an email will be sent to the customer containing a code of the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases. The Credit can be used only once no later than 3 months from the time of return it cannot be combined with other Credits and must be used entirely in the next order.

The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order.

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the ID warehouse and the items will be checked.

The timing may change slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by credit card, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. The return shipment must take place within 15 days of receiving the order. The refund is not provided for goods purchased on sale, the return of the payment will be made through a voucher that can be spent on the online shop.
